Straight Outta 10th Grade Biology Class
Most high school students have to take a basic biology class, which lasts a full school year. The curriculum typically includes a rudimentary understanding of the different bodily systems, organs and the tissues they are made from. Toward the end of the school year students are asked to remove a pig fetus from a jar and dissect it with care. This is beautifully replicated in exacting detail in this Pig Specimen prop.
Relive The Horror
There were some kids in the pig dissection unit who embraced the learning experience and those who loathed it. A few were even emotionally traumatized by it. Those who still wake up at night in a cold sweat, will certainly be freaked out by the sight of this Pig Specimen prop. It looks like a real piglet, that’s been submerged in a preservative alcohol solution and placed inside an acrylic jar that looks like real glass.
