The Pennywise Makeup Service consists of full white and red face paint with black eye makeup, eyebrow blocking and/or filling, and red lipstick. Optionally, you can select the Bald Cap add-on for a more authentic Pennywise, or the Glam add-on for a more stylized version of the look.
This isn’t your average beauty counter beat! From simple glamour to transformative special effects, Abracadabra is here to fulfill all your wildest makeup fantasies! Note: makeup is priced to reflect approximate application time, products used, and complexity of the look.
